Montega & Water Oak Apartments are nice places to live. We have 1, 2, and even 3 bedroom, spacious apartments. Everything's electric. We have aa playground, swimming pool, laundry rooms, and a basketball court on the property. We also have a very nice on-site manager and a courtesy officer (Forest Park Police Officer) living on the property in addition to excellent maintenance and a 24/7 emergency number. We are in a great location near the Atlanta Airport, International Farmers Market, several grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, and close to many common work places like the Kmart Warehouse, Filet of Chicken, Del Monte, and of course, The Farmers Market with a lot of warehouses. We also have a bus station on the corner of the property that can take you to Southlake Mall, Walmart, Kroger, the Marta Station, the airport, etc.
