Montega & Water Oak Apartments are a nice place to live we have 1, 2, and even 3 bedroom, spacious apartments. Everything's electric. We have a play grounds, swiming pool, Laundry rooms, and a basketball court on the property. We have a very nice on site manager and a courtesy officer (forest park police officer) living in the property, excellent maintenance, and a 24/7 emergency number.This is a muliticultural complex.
