Montega & Water Oak Apartments are a nice place to live we have 1, 2, and even 3 bedroom, spacious apartments. Everything's electric. We have a play grounds, swiming pool, Laundry rooms, and a basketball court on the property. We have a very nice on site manager and a courtesy officer (forest park police officer) living in the property, excellent maintenance, and a 24/7 emergency number.This is a muliticultural complex. We are in a great location near to the Atlanta Airport, International Farmers Market, Several Grocery Stores, Gas stations, Restaurants, and close to many common work places like The Kmart Warehouse, Filet of Chicken, Del Monte, and of course, The Farmers Market with alot of warehouses.
